I liked my room - well-equipped in a local style. The location is absolutely perfect and peaceful and it is right by the attractions in almost an exclusive visit as well as Chile, Calama, San Pedro, and Chilean and American Art.

The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure everything was settled and taken care of. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with plenty of space and outlets for charging devices. The water pressure in the shower was unexpectedly good. The breakfast provided was delicious and more than enough to start the day. The on-site restaurant served tasty food at reasonable prices. The pool and jacuzzi were a nice addition for relaxation. The hotel's environmental approach to towel washing was commendable.
Parking availability was limited, and the car had to be left at reception. Sometimes the car would be moved to a different location by the staff, depending on the next day's use.
